30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days

1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy allows customers to return most items purchased from Flarespot within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items
  • Items in original packaging with tags attached
  • Defective items (manufacturing defects)
  • Items that don't match the description
  • Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as 'final sale' or 'non-returnable'
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Digital products and downloadable items
  • Items returned after 30 days

Exceptions May Apply

Certain seasonal or promotional items may have different return policies, which will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service

Log in to your account and go to the order history section. Find the item you want to return and click on 'Return Item' or contact our customer service team.

2. Get a Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Package Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.

4. Ship Your Return

Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Keep the tracking number for reference.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. This typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

  • Return Processing: 1-2 business days for inspection and approval
  • Refund Issuance: 3-5 business days to process the refund
  • Bank Processing: Additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by payment method and financial institution)

3.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that's not possible, we may issue the refund as store credit. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

3.2 Refund Conditions

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items or our shipping errors.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition may receive a partial refund or be refused.

Important Note on Promotional Items

If you received free or promotional items with your purchase and are returning the qualifying item, you must also return the promotional items to receive a full refund.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same return process and specify your exchange preferences when initiating the return.

  • Return & Repurchase

    For exchanging with a different product, we process a return and you place a new order.

Exchange Process Tips

  • Check for availability of desired item before requesting an exchange

  • Clearly indicate size, color, or style preferences in your exchange request

  • For price differences, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly

  • Returns initiated within 14 days receive free exchange shipping

Expedited Exchanges

For urgent exchange needs, consider using our express exchange option. For an additional fee, we'll ship your exchange item before receiving your return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement or refund once we receive the damaged item.

Documentation Required

For damaged or defective items, please provide:

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the shipping box if it arrived damaged

At Flarespot, we stand behind the quality of our products. If an item is defective or doesn't perform as described, we'll make it right through one of the following options:

Replacement

We'll send you a new item to replace the defective one.

Full Refund

We'll return the full purchase price including original shipping.

Partial Refund

6. International Returns

For international orders, the same general return policy applies with the following additional considerations:

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties unless the return is due to our error.

Extended Return Window

Due to longer shipping times, international customers have 45 days from delivery date to initiate a return.

Tracking Required

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns to ensure your package can be located if necessary.

Currency Conversion

Refunds will be processed in the original currency of the purchase. Any currency conversion rates or fees are determined by your payment provider.

Customs Documentation

When returning items internationally, please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" on customs forms. Incorrectly marked packages may incur additional customs fees that we cannot reimburse.
