Most items can be returned within 30 days
Our return policy allows customers to return most items purchased from Flarespot within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account and go to the order history section. Find the item you want to return and click on 'Return Item' or contact our customer service team.
We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label if applicable.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.
Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Keep the tracking number for reference.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. This typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties unless the return is due to our error.
Due to longer shipping times, international customers have 45 days from delivery date to initiate a return.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns to ensure your package can be located if necessary.
